Managing Partner
Greg and his brother Nick have been active players in the restaurant industry for decades. Third generation restaurant veteran with 40 years of continuous restaurant industry experience from hourly to executive. It's this type of background that brings true understanding for what it takes for long term success from a restaurant brand.

Managing Director
Nick has specialty experience in growing small brands. With Beef O'Brady's he helped grow the company from 30 to over 200, Little Greek from three to approaching 60 and Green Market Cafe had only two locations upon acquisition. Nick is currently President and majority partner of Little Greek Fresh Grill and Green Market Cafe and former President of Beef O’ Brady’s.
